With over 15 years of distinguished legal practice, Advocate Shashikant Patil is the founding partner of LUMBINI IPR SERVICES. He has successfully handled more than 1000 cases across Intellectual Property Law including Trademarks, Copyrights, Patents, and Designs. He also possesses extensive experience in Criminal Law, Corporate Law, Litigation, and Document Drafting. A postgraduate in Business Law (LL.M) from Symbiosis International University, he is known for his strategic foresight, meticulous drafting, and client-focused approach.
